Wear behavior of unicondylar knee arthroplasty (UKA) should be influenced by implant design. We compared wear patterns among 3 modern designs: Oxford mobile bearing (Biomet), Repicci fixed bearing with an all polyethylene tibia (Biomet), and Miller-Galante fixed bearing with a metal-backed tibia (Zimmer).
