Repeated Infection after Prior Exchange Arthroplasty for Infected Total Knee Arthroplasty: Is Salvage Possible again?

While results of exchange arthroplasty (1 or 2 stage) for septic TKA are well known, the results of treating a subsequent or recurrent infection are not well studied. Our goal was to determine the outcome of treatment for repeatedly infected TKA after a previous exchange arthroplasty for an infected TKA.
