General exercises

Examples of general exercise include walking, cycling, skiing, water exercise, etc.

  • Exercise for 30 minutes at a time three to five times a week.
  • Putting reasonable stress on the joints improves their structural properties.
  • Exercise may include jumps and shocks, if this does not cause significant pain.
  • You can tell if the amount or intensity of your exercise is too much if pain and swelling increase after exercise and last a long time.
