Background: Cooled Radio-frequency Ablation (CRFA – COOLIEF TM, Halyard Health Inc.) has been shown to be effective in the management of patients with knee pain from osteoarthritis. We present our early experience of using genicular nerve injections and cooled radio-frequency ablation in the management of painful total & revision knee replacements (TKR/RTKR).
